• Account & profile. If you create a Socket Surge handle for leaderboards, we store that handle and a unique account identifier.
• Gameplay data. Scores, completion data, energy state, Team affiliation, Sector progress.
• Device data. Operating system, app version, language, region — used for diagnostics and crash reports.
• Advertising & analytics identifiers. Used by ad partners to show rewarded ads and limit ad frequency. You can reset or limit these in your device settings.
• Contact form submissions. When you email us or use the contact form on socketsurge.com, we store the message and your email so we can reply.

How we use it

• Run the game (leaderboards, sync, anti-cheat).
• Diagnose crashes and improve gameplay.
• Show rewarded ads and limit how often they appear.
• Respond to your messages.

We do not sell your personal information.

Children

Socket Surge is rated for general audiences. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it.

Your choices

• Request deletion. Email privacy@socketsurge.com and we will remove your account and associated data within 30 days.
• Limit ad tracking. Use your device’s ad-personalization controls.
• Opt out of analytics. The website analytics are cookie-free; in the game, you can opt out of optional analytics in Settings.
