Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Socket Surge (the “Game”) and socketsurge.com (the “Site”). By using either, you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account. Choose a handle that doesn’t impersonate someone else or break the conduct rules below.

Conduct

Don’t:

• Cheat, automate gameplay, or attempt to manipulate leaderboards.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Game.
• Use the Game or Site to harass, threaten, or harm anyone.
• Use the Game in a jurisdiction where it isn’t permitted.

Purchases

Energy packs and other in-app purchases are billed by Apple’s App Store or Google Play. Refunds are handled through the store, not by KFLO directly. Virtual items (Energy, Stars, Infinite Stars) have no monetary value, are not transferable, and can be modified or removed at our discretion.

Ads

The Game shows rewarded ads and brief interstitials. Ad behavior is subject to your device’s ad-personalization settings and our ad partners’ terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm other players. You may delete your account at any time per the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The Game and Site are provided “as is.” KFLO disclaims all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KFLO’s total liability for any claim arising out of the Game or Site is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the Game or on the Site. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
